Hello, I'm Dean Wild your interim host at the Liverpool property investors network (pin) Meeting held on the 4th Thursday of the month.
I stumbled upon Simon Zutshi’s book Property Magic around 2017 and became obsessed with finding out as much as I could about property investment.
As a qualified RICS Surveyor and Valuer I have been around property for most of my working life. The thing I love about property is the continuous learning aspect, you can never have too much knowledge!
Having always been self-employed, I decided that I should start thinking about a pension for later on in life. I decided to join Simon’s 12-month Property Mastermind Programme which completely changed my whole mindset. I was selected as the top performer of my cohort which I would have never dreamed of at the beginning of the programme.
I am actively investing in the market and my real passion is semi-commercial properties and commercial to residential conversions where I work with investors to get them a great return on money sat in the bank. I love giving buildings a new lease of life.
A pin Meeting is a great place to speak with like-minded people in a fun and friendly environment. I love to help people start out on their journey. Building your network is of great importance to being successful.
